This patient naturally has a class three underbite. His front teeth were knocked out in an accident, and for years the patient wore a partial denture.
The patient chose to have 2 implants placed that eventually were able to support a 3 piece implant bridge, filling in the space where his teeth were missing.
This took several appointments and about 9 months to complete. The patient was able to wear his partial denture during the process, so as not to have to show the missing teeth in the front of his mouth. The first picture shows the patient's mouth with the implants placed. The after picture is of the implant bridge inserted, giving this patient his front teeth back for full functionality and appealing aesthetics.
